Tim’s experience in co-founding over 20 companies in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors also brings to our Board a focus on innovation and managing growth in rapidly changing environments.
Mr Crown has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in Business and Computer Science.

Michael Guggemos
Michael served 10 years in the US Military including posts across Europe and Asia. Upon leaving the Military Michael began a career at Motorola where he was in leadership across a number of disciplines, including manufacturing, engineering and enterprise product creation.
Michael has been cited by both Computerworld and CIO Magazine for his leadership skills since being CIO of Insight.
Michael has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from University of Oklahoma as well as degrees in Sociology and Russian.

Cherryl Pressley
Cherryl is a senior leader with more than 20 years of business experience in the technology industry Cherryl has proven expertise in leading teams, building channel partnerships, developing integrated sales and marketing plans and exceeding financial goals.
Prior to her career at Microsoft Cherryl founded and led Team Technology, a company providing technology staffing, and Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions. Cherryl has been the recipient of multiple awards including Microsoft’s coverted 4 Gold Star and Charlotte Business Journal’s Women in Business Award. Cherryl has a Bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in economics.

Nick Lissette
Nick has a Bachelor’s degree from Victoria University, Wellington.

Shane Bruhns
Shane co-founded Spendvision (now Fraedom) performing a number of executive roles. Spendvision was an early cloud expense management platform (circa 2000) growing sustainably over time to 300+ employees and 155,000+ corporate customers across 178 countries. He successfully sold the business, as acting CEO, in 2014 to Hogg Robinson Group a publicly listed international corporate services organization headquartered in the UK.

Dr William V. Andrew
Dr. Andrew (Bill) has co-founded and sits on the board on a wide variety of corporate and philanthropic organizations.
Bill started his career as a Systems Engineer at Andrew Corporation, a manufacturer of hardware for communications networks, which was founded by Bill’s grandfather Victor J. Andrew.
He is Co-Manager of Ocean Blue Entertainment, co-founder and life member of the Andrew Family Foundation, co-founder and president of the AFC Public Foundation, President of Andrew Trust Company, co-founder and chair emeritus of the Board of Trustees of the Summit School of Ahwatukee, a limited partner and current member of the Executive Committee of the Arizona Diamondbacks, Director of the Arizona Community Foundation and a Trustee at The College of Wooster. He has served in board or management committee roles for many organizations including Knights Apparel, Inlign Wealth Management, Applied Photonics, Whisper Creek Log Homes, Sound Surgical Technologies, Tapeworks and Valley Youth Theatre.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemical Physics from the College of Wooster in 1985 and earned his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University in 1990 and 1996, respectively.
